Oklahoma is asking for medical personnel that want to help the Katrina survivors. CALL the Oklahoma Medical Reserve Corp at 1-866-336-5672.They will organize you and put you to work. They will cover you, team you up, send you, support you, insure you, protect you. Dont' even bother the REd Cross. OK wants you! NOW! Call between 9am and 9pm Central time. Or head towards OKC, you can't go wrong. There are shelters ready that need medical staff and teams preparing to go down to ground zero. Buses with 5000 survivors are due to arrive at any time tonight. The governor commandeered them last night and sent a convoy to New ORleans. YES! They need your help! A day, a week or longer! Not a medical person? call the Oklahoma office for Emergency Management and they'll plug you in where you'll help most. So come on! Enough people have suffered and continue to die! Let's put and end to that!
