Starting a pet rescue railroad

Hello...

We are in California and are looking for people who are willing to foster a pet until its owner can find stable housing. We already have a large group of friends that are willing to house a pet. We are also trying to start a transportation railroad through Louisana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California and drive an animal no more than 150 miles to the next volunteer until the pet arrives safely to it's temporary home. If you would like to house an animal, let me know what type, and how many you can take. If you have a pet and need a place for it to stay until you get on your feet, or if you can drive one of the transportation routes, contact me Shantell, babyzon@yahoo.com Come on animal lovers, lets unite and help ease the suffering. This is a do it yourself effort on our part, we don't belong to any agency, we love animals, and are looking for others that feel the same and want to help.

Since you're putting together a list of host homes for displaced pets, I thought it might be a good idea for you to upload the contact information into the Pets Database we've started at http://www.livewire.fm There's a link flashing at the top of the page. You can note that this is for hosting in the comments column.

If you need help creating a database or with interfacing an existing database with ours, you should contact Franklin@livewire.fm. He's the webmaster, I'm clueless!

Hi Shantell,
I think what you are doing is great. We are located in southern Oklahoma in Ardmore and are willing to foster several animals. We have 20 acres of fenced in land. Our only problem is getting the animals to our land. If we could get some help with that we could house horses, cows, goats, small dogs etc. Email me if you think we can arrange a way to get some animals to our land. We would love to help out in anyway.
