And idea emailed to a blogger by a member of the military overseas:
Holy Greetings to whoever receives this email. I am currently an
> Active Duty member in the Armed Services, and I am stationed overseas.
> I am so sad about the trials and tribulations that the people in
> Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi are going through. My heart goes
> out to all of these people who are going through this disaster. We as
> a Nation are going through this together, and we have to IMMEDIATELY
> come up with a solution before it worsens. As a proud member of the
> military who serves this country freely and proudly. I'm so hurt
> because I feel there is nothing I can do other than pray to help my
> country in a situation like this. I have an idea to give for the
> GOVERNOR, MAYOR, and many different city officials of LOUISIANA,
