hello.im a chef looking to volunteer any way i can

for chefs/ restauranteurs to hold a weekly "Cajun Day" or something similar featuring foods and cuisine from the NOLA area or southern dishes from the MS delta and coastal areas, with proceeds from that day going to relief organizations or to buy supplies in bulk to send privately etc.
