A friend of mine and myself are planning a trip to the gulf coast. we have a day or two to help out. we would like to identify a family or individual who could use a couple of men for that time. Please advise on what items would be of use. He has a minivan and we are willing to load it up with whatever is needed. Also heard on the news that volunteers were needed to provide transportation for those who have places to go but dont have the transportation. Preferably their destination would be on our way back to Columbia Missouri. We enjoyed three trips to your region to play golf but have not made that trip for two years. Ready to go again wishing it were for golf.....email me a mohowe@aol.com we plan to arrive as early as we can on Friday. By the way, this forum is a great idea. Hopefully someone here could provide us a mission both in work and providing some transportation.
