Hiya. This is a specific update posted to nola, and I know the person who posted it thus I am positive it is correct.
Maybe more updates later, but I wanted you to have this right now.

All municiple charges have been dropped. I just spoke to their attorney and he told me that the military had asked Mark and Shannon to come to 9th Ward to rescue some pitbulls. Two NOPD officers would not let them in. Shannon and Mark were then let in by the military. As they were exiting the same NOPD officers arrested them as "revenge" and would not listen about military's involvement. The At. general's office is aware of this. Shannon and Mark should never have been arrested. Juan Labadie(their lawyer and former prosecutor for Jefferson parish) said that it is a disgrace that these people from out of state have come to LA. to rescue and are treated like this.
