I have very few details but much controversy over this situation that came to light this weekend. Now...Friend or Foe? Who is which? Law enforcement/local animal control vs Tammy at EDNAH. Keep in mind sometimes photos lie.
Also, I have been lied to, threatened by and mistreated by official animal control employees. (See Calcasieu Parish & St Bernard Parish posts)

On October 2, 2005, we began an investigation after learning that several well known animal rescue organizations were going to place dogs rescued from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina with an unkown animal sanctuary/rescue. The organization is called "Every Dog Needs A Home (EDNAH), is located in Gamaliel, Arkansas and is run by Tammy Hanson. It only took us a few minutes to gather basic information about this rescue; a magnitude of complaints, no references, no staff to care for these already traumatized animals, and that the local Humane Society was in the process of trying to get the organization shut down. Several spoke to Ms. Hanson herself, only to be verbally abused and threatened for questioning her.....
