Via phone conversation with Sparkie/Pam, via Richard.

WD seems to be still operating under Richard's leadership.

Immediate needs:

Transport of about 40 animals, mostly pit bulls, to a shelter in Los Angeles which agreed to take them. Richard is doing some networking with high profile contributors like Oprah, who are helping with animal transport as well.

Vari-Kennels (is that correct spelling?) Medium and large

Slip leashes

Volunteers

Also asked for generators, but probably best to get a more accurate picture of how long the group will be remaining active at that location.

Please transmit this information to all email lists.
